Man shot, killed at East Point gas station A 22-year-old man was shot and killed outside a gas station in the City of East Point on Wednesday. At around 12:30 a.m., police were dispatched to the Texaco station off Delowe Drive with a report of a person shot in the street. The man was transported to Grady Hospital where he was pronounced dead. He is described as a black male, however, his name is being withheld pending notification of next of kin. The details surrounding the incident remain vague and police say the investigation is ongoing.

According to police, officers responded to a report of a car burglary in Warr Acres. The driver took off, leading officers and Oklahoma Highway Patrol troopers on a chase on I-35.

The chase ended when the suspect vehicle crashed near I-35 and Robinson in Norman. Police said four people were inside the suspect vehicle.

Possible Street Race Ends With Deadly Crash In Mission Hills At least one person was killed in a crash that may have been the result of a street race in Mission Hills. © Provided by CBS Local, a division of CBS Radio Inc The crash happened at about 10 p.m. Tuesday in the intersection of Devonshire Street and Woodman Avenue. Officers responding to the scene found one vehicle had crashed into another parked on the street, igniting a fire in one of the cars. The driver of the car was pronounced dead at the scene, police said. Another person was taken to the hospital in unknown condition.

Three people inside the vehicle were taken into custody. Authorities said two suspects were taken to a hospital to be checked out.

Authorities said they found four guns and drug paraphernalia inside the car.

When officers attempted a traffic stop, the suspects drove off and a chase ensued. Police say the chase ended shortly near Brockbank Drive and Lombardy Lane. Officers reported that shots were fired at them.
