Man shot in Milford Mill area dies at hospital A man shot in the Milford Mill area early Saturday has died, Baltimore County police said. © Provided by Hearst Television, Inc. Jeborha Lamar Kelly County police said officers were called around 4:22 a.m. to the unit block of Church Lane near Milford Mill Road. Officers found a 31-year-old man suffering from trauma to the body. The man was taken to a hospital, where he was pronounced dead. On Monday, police identified the man as Jeborha Lamar Kelly, 31. Anyone with information is asked to call police at 410-307-2020. The family has set up a GoFundMe page for funeral expenses.

Police Chief Melissa Hyatt said investigators believe foul play might be involved in the disappearance of Charla Melvin, 50, who was last seen Saturday evening in the 3700 block of Twin Lakes Court in the Milford Mill area.

"There is enough that has come up in the investigation that we are concerned there has been foul play. In an abundance of caution and to get help from the community ... we really want to get the community involved. We're really requesting as much help as possible," Hyatt said. "We just want to bring her home."

Milford man arrested, charged with stealing from Pop Warner Football and Cheer Association MILFORD — Police say 30-year-old Bahliek Brown is facing larceny and forgery charges after stealing from a youth football and cheer association. According to police, Brown was arrested on Monday on two active arrest warrants. Police say Brown reportedly stole over $1,550 from the Milford Pop Warner Football and Cheer Association bank account by cashing a fraudulent check in February. Pop Warner is a non-profit organization that promotes youth football and cheer & dance programs for participants in several states and countries. Police say Brown is also accused of failing to appear in court on August 2nd stemming from a larceny arrest on June 12th, 2015.

Col. Robert McCullough described Melvin as 5 feet, 2 inches tall, weighing 120 pounds and she has a rose tattoo. McCullough said Melvin has some minor health issues.

She might be driving a black 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe with Maryland license plates 3CR7429 that was last seen in Baltimore City.

"We have all of our resources, including our Regional Auto Theft Task Force, our carjacking team and aviation out looking for both her and her vehicle," McCullough said.

Melvin's family made a plea to the public seeking help.

"Charla is an amazing woman. She is a mother. She is a grandmother of four. She has a lot of loved ones who appreciate and love her very much," Melvin's daughter, Marquitta Rose, said. "If it comes across your feed, if it comes across, you share it, tweet it, click it, whatever."

"This is very unusual for her," Melvin's cousin, Dena Fisher, said.

Redlands Police Investigate Stabbing Death With Suspect At Large.
Michael Roberts, 40, was pronounced dead at the scene. Izumi is reportedly driving a 2008-2013 silver or champagne-colored 4-door Nissan Altima with an unknown California license plate.  His last known whereabouts were in Yucaipa. The relationship, if any, between victim and suspect was not disclosed. Anyone with information about Izumi’s current whereabouts is asked to call Detective Jeff Frisch with the Redlands Police department.
