Police: Teenagers sought in connection to carjacking shooting
Baltimore City detectives are investigating a carjacking by apparent teens that left a man with a gunshot wound in the back. On Tuesday morning, around 3:20 a.m., Central District patrol officers responded to the 2200 block of Park Avenue for a report of a shooting. The officers located a 48-year-old man suffering from a gunshot wound to the back. The victim was transported to an area hospital, where his condition is unknown at this time. According to officials, the victim informed investigators that he gave a ride to three unknown teenagers, two girls and one boy. Upon reaching their destination, the teens gave the victim $5 and then proceeded to assault him.

Kevron Devontea Walker, 19, was arrested Wednesday in connection with a shooting on July 10 at 1470 Progress Way. He was charged with attempted first-degree murder, first- and second-degree assault and a gun count.
The Carroll County Sheriff's Office said multiple .40-caliber shell casings were found at the scene of the shooting. The sheriff said the gun was later found in Baltimore and was connected to Walker.
Dallas Police Arrest Suspect In Shooting Of Transgender Woman
Police have arrested a man they say admitted to shooting a transgender woman in Northwest Dallas last Friday night. They say Domingo Ramirez-Cavente, 29, admitted to the shooting after he was arrested on unrelated traffic charges Tuesday. The woman was walking along the street, and police say Ramirez-Cavente pulled up next to her and yelled insults about gay and transgender people. The arrest warrant affidavit says the victim kept walking; Ramirez-Cavente pulled onto the curb and shot the woman several times in the chest and arm.
Investigators said forensic evidence also placed Walker at the scene of the shooting and connected him with the suspect vehicle, a white Dodge Charger.
Walker was arrested in Baltimore with the assistance of the Baltimore Police Department.
An investigation continues and no further details were immediately released.
