  'Junior detectives' help Roseville, Calif., police find missing 97-year-old woman A group of junior detectives helped Roseville police find a missing 97-year-old woman on Monday afternoon. Roseville police posted a plea to Facebook Monday night while they searched for Glenneta Belford.The search efforts for Belford focused on the Quail Glen and Blue Oaks neighborhoods.When officers arrived, Roseville police said officers were overwhelmed by the number of people who came out of their homes to search for Belford."Kids can make a difference just as much as adults can," said 10-year-old Makenna Rogers, who helped with the search.

Geneva Williams-McKelton was last seen Friday, January 12 along the 4000 block of Blakiston Street in Mayfair.

Columbia police are asking for help locating a woman who went missing Wednesday.

Mengqi Ji Elledge, 28, was last seen at her home in the 2600 block of Eastwood Drive about 11:30 p.m. Tuesday. When her husband woke up Wednesday morning around 5 a.m., she was gone, police said. She was reported missing that evening.

Elledge is described as a Chinese female with brown eyes and black shoulder-length hair, typically worn in a bun. She is between 5'1" and 5'3" and has both ears pierced.

Anyone with information is asked to dial 9-1-1 or call the Columbia Police Department at 573-874-7652.

Gorham police search for missing 13-year-old girls .
Gorham police are searching for two 13-year-old girls last seen Sunday in the area of Gray Road in that town. Nevaeh Joyce and Courtney Taft both frequent the Windham, Westbrook and South Portland areas, where they have friends, Gorham Police Chief Christopher Sanborn said in a release. Nevaeh is a white female, 5-foot, two-inches tall, 115 pounds, with hazel eyes and brown hair. Police are unsure what she was wearing. Courtney is a whiteNevaeh Joyce and Courtney Taft both frequent the Windham, Westbrook and South Portland areas, where they have friends, Gorham Police Chief Christopher Sanborn said in a release.
