  Charges Dropped Against State Trooper Accused Of Lewd Act At Gillette Concert Charges against a Massachusetts State Police trooper accused of committing a lewd act in front of a couple at a concert last summer were dropped Friday. © Provided by CBS Broadcasting Inc.The couple claimed Trooper Andrew Patterson, of Lynn, had exposed himself and performed the lewd act in front of them at a Luke Bryan concert at Gillette Stadium on June 21. Afterwards, there was a fight between the boyfriend and Patterson where he punched the boyfriend in the face and the boyfriend hit him with a chair, according to the police report. The couple told police Patterson seemed very drunk at the time.

Witnesses said he allegedly committed a lewd act while sitting next to a woman and later pretended to "grind" against her while recording on his cellphone.

A man who was with the woman said he slapped the phone from Patterson's hand.

He was on the ground floor of gillette stadium with about 10,000 other people. The suspension comes one day after a clerk decided Trooper Andrew Patterson could be charged with lewd , wanton and lascivious conduct for his behavior at a Luke Bryan concert in June.

Patterson then allegedly punched the man in the nose, who then threw a chair at the off-duty trooper.

Patterson was first suspended with pay and then without pay after the charges were filed.

His lawyer said he admits getting into a fight with another fan at the concert, but the trooper denies any allegations of lewd behavior.

Crime Stoppers seeking information on Wing Stop armed robbery on Northeast Side .
Crime Stoppers is offering a reward for the identity of two people who they say were involved with an armed robbery at a Northeast Side Wing Stop. At 11:50 p.m. on Oct. 28, two people entered the Wing Stop, located at Loop 1604 and Culebra, and demanded money from the registers. One of the suspected robbers displayed a handgun during the incident. The two then fled from the restaurant in a light-colored four-door vehicle.
