Boomer was last seen in February 1999 at a bar near 49th Street and Metropolitan Avenue.

Investigators could be seen digging through the dirt on a now-empty lot that once was a home where Boomer stayed off and on with a boyfriend.

Boomer's cold case was reopened in 2017.

Police said while investigators they have not received many new leads, they have decided to revisit previous locations from the case.
