Bellaflores with homicide in connection with a deadly shooting at Regal Cinemas at West Manchester Town Center.Jalen L. Bellaflores, 19, of Conewago Township, is facing a criminal homicide charge in the shooting that killed 22-year-old Andre White Jr. and injured a female, according to Chief John Snyder with the West Manchester Police Department.

UPDATE: The York County coroner's office has identified the victim as Andre White Jr., 22, of Carlisle, Cumberland County.

What we know

- The shooting happened around 10:15 p.m. Monday.

- West Manchester Township police say two victims were found at the scene and taken to York Hospital. Andre White Jr. died. A second person, identified only as a female, was wounded.

Arriving police said they located a white four-door vehicle with a deceased man in his 30s in the back seat. "A single shooter was involved in the incident," police said in a statement. "The suspect fled the movie theater complex after the shooting occurred."

- Police say their investigation is in the early stages. They also said that they do not believe this was a random shooting.

"There is no indication that there is any additional danger to patrons of the center or other commercial areas at the Town Center," police said.

- Employees told WGAL they were inside the building when the shooting happened, but not in the actual theater where it happened.

- After the shooting, employees and customers evacuated and police secured the scene.

Gang unit detectives investigating after 2 men shot in Pioneer Square Thursday morning .
Seattle Police were investigating after two men were shot in Seattle's Pioneer Square neighborhood early Thursday morning. The call came in at 2:15 a.m. A 25-year-old man who had been shot in the leg was found in the 200 block of South Washington Street, Seattle Police wrote in a blotter post. As responders began treating the first man, a 23-year-old man was found with a gunshot wound to the hand. Both victims were taken to Harborview Medical Center. Their injuries were considered non-life threatening.Witnesses reported to detectives that the shooting began after the two victims confronted a third man who was "slapping women on the street," the police blotter post states.
