Three men arrested for fatal shooting at Orlando hotel

Three days after a fatal shooting inside of a movie theater at Regal Cinemas in West Manchester Township, police have one man in custody and have talked about a second suspect.
Jalen L. Bellaflores, 19, of Conewago Township, is facing a criminal homicide charge in the shooting that killed 22-year-old Andre White Jr. and injured a female, according to Chief John Snyder with the West Manchester Police Department.
just after 10:15 p.m. Monday, where they found White and a female suffering from gunshot wounds. They were both transported to York Hospital, and White was pronounced dead shortly after arriving there.

Police were dispatched to West Manchester Town Center at 10:17 p.m.According to West Manchester Township Police Department, two victims were found suffering from gunshot wounds when units arrived just after 10:15 p.m. They were transported to York Hospital.
Initially, there was, but police informed the public on Tuesday that the shooting was not believed to be an attempt to cause a massacre, but instead that the two victims were targeted by the shooter.
An autopsy Thursday determined the cause of White's death to be multiple gunshot wounds and the manner homicide.
At a news conference Thursday, Snyder and York County DA David Sunday praised the diligent, exhaustive efforts of West Manchester Township Police, who had assistance from several other departments.
Man charged in deadly shooting of woman at Cleveland night club
CLEVELAND, Ohio -- A 26-year-old man is charged in connection with a shooting at a nightclub in the city’s Union-Miles neighborhood that killed a 19-year-old woman. Eric White Jr. of Cleveland is charged with murder. He is being held in the Cuyahoga County Jail on $1 million bond after his first court appearance Tuesday. Catera Fowler, 19, died in the shooting after she suffered gunshot wounds in the head and chest, according to police. White suffered a gunshot to the leg, police said.The shooting happened about 1 a.m. Sunday at the Legacy Entertainment Complex on Union Avenue and East 103rd Street.
"We did a very, very large amount of work on this case in a short amount of time," Snyder said. "A lot of the people standing behind me haven't been home much to sleep. We have done everything in our power to bring those to justice who are responsible for this incident."
Officials would not speak directly about a second suspect in addition to Bellaflores, but Snyder mentioned that there were two suspects when speaking of a possible motive.
"We have not established a motive, clearly, at this point," he said. "But we do know that the person who was killed was targeted by these two people."
What happened in the theater shooting?
According to charging documents, a man called 911 at 10:17 p.m. Monday, yelling that his girlfriend had been shot in the face at the movie theater.
West Manchester Township Police Officer Timothy Fink arrived at Regal about 1 minute after the dispatch and headed to the theater where the shooting occurred based on information from employees.

Andre White Jr. died. A second person, identified only as a female, was wounded."A single shooter was involved in the incident," police said in a statement. "The suspect fled the movie theater complex after the shooting occurred.
The lights in the theater were out and the movie was running as Fink entered the theater, and using a flashlight, he found the female who had been shot and was still conscious.
At that point, another person said "he is shot, too," and pointed to a man lying on the floor in the back row. That man turned out to be White.
After securing the scene, Fink met with a theater employee and reviewed surveillance video.
Two suspects seen on the video walked past the ticket check station at about 10:06 p.m. without any conversation or confrontation with employees and directly to the theater where the shooting occurred. They were then seen on video running from the theater toward the main exit around 10:14 p.m.
Based on witness statements, police reported the following occurred:
- A male witness and his girlfriend, who was the female later shot and wounded, entered the theater first but had noticed two other men in a red car in the parking lot.
- The men who arrived in the red car went into the theater together and sat in the row in front of the first witness and his girlfriend.
- When White entered the theater, he and the two men from the red car had a "brief verbal exchange" and then the two men moved to a seat closer to White.
- Shortly after that, one of the two men from the red car got up and headed toward the exit, while the other got up and went to the back row, where White was seated, shot him, and continued to fire shots as he fled.
- The male witness's girlfriend was struck by two of those rounds, including once in the face.
Through witness statements, surveillance video and bank card information, police charged Bellaflores as one of the two men involved in the shooting. Police have not named the second man and have not said who pulled the trigger.
Police seek man behind 13 Manhattan break-ins in 2 weeks
NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- Police are searching for a man believed to be behind 13 burglaries in Manhattan in a two-week period. Police say all 13 incidents involved him forcing his way into bars or restaurants, and all happened between 11 p.m. and 6 a.m. In the first incident, he kicked in the glass front door at Milk & Hops, a restaurant and shop in Chelsea, on Nov. 19 at approximately 12:30 a.m. He removed $269 before fleeing. On the night ofPolice say all 13 incidents involved him forcing his way into bars or restaurants, and all happened between 11 p.m. and 6 a.m.
Wounded female 'an innocent bystander'
Snyder said at the news conference the female victim, who was shot in the face, was "an innocent bystander."
"We've been talking to the family and to her and she seems to be doing as well as can be expected," Snyder said.
Sunday took the podium and urged anyone with knowledge of the incident to contact police.
"To solve a crime of this nature, police need people to come forward," he said. "And it is absolutely critical that citizens that have a desire for safety in this community do come forward and provide the information that these guys need to do their job."
Snyder said his detectives had conducted numerous interviews, with varying results.
"We've had good cooperation in some respects and some not," he said.
When asked about the brazen nature of the crime, Snyder said that personally, he was not surprised, but the location of the act was unexpected.
"There's been shootings all over York City for this past year, and violence has become everywhere," he said. "Do I think the Regal Cinema is a dangerous place? Generally not, but it was that night, unfortunately."
Fresno Police searching for 3 men after drive-by shooting, elementary school placed on lockdown
One person has been arrested and a Fresno elementary school was placed on lockdown on Monday afternoon after a drive-by shooting in southwest Fresno. The shots were fired at a house at about 3:45 p.m. on Ventura St between B St and C St. A Fresno Police officer was nearby, heard the shots and more than 20 police vehicles and police helicopter officers responded to the officer's call for backup.Lincoln Elementary, which is nearby, was placed on lockdown.Police say there were four people in the white car that the shots came from, and its occupants jumped out and fled on foot.

Brothers arrested in connection with November shooting in SF’s Mid-Market .
Two brothers were arrested in connection with a November shooting in San Francisco’s Mid-Market neighborhood that wounded a man and sent pedestrians scurrying in the middle of the day, authorities said Friday. San Francisco police secure the scene of a shooting which occurred shortly after 10 a.m. on Nov. 7 , 2019, near the intersection of Market Street and Golden Gate Avenue. The victim was transported to a local hospital.
