Actress Amanda Detmer Arrested on Charges of DUIAccording to Chico, California police, the 48-year-old — known for roles in Final Destination, and most recently, Fox’s Empire — was arrested on Sunday at 5:51 p.m. local time.
One person was taken into custody after a police chase on Route 128 from Needham to Waltham.
A State Police trooper tried to stop the driver for erratic operation of a motor vehicle in Needham, police said.
Police said the driver refused to stop for the trooper and a pursuit ensued. A second trooper in the area joined the pursuit.
Additional State Police units began responding to the area to assist the two cruisers pursuing the motorist, who continued to drive erratically, police said.
Troopers laid a tire deflation device across the road but the suspect vehicle stopped prior to hitting the device.
Jersey City mayor: Attack targeted kosher grocery store

Police said the driver refused to get out of the motor vehicle, and troopers had to break a window in the vehicle to extract the suspect, who resisted.
The driver, a 52-year-old East Boston man who was not identified, was taken into custody.
Police said evidence of possible narcotics use was found in the suspect vehicle.
Several troopers suffered minor injuries while extracting the resisting suspect from the vehicle.
