The league said it was also assessing a conditional $25,000 fine that will be collected if he has a similar outburst between now and Dec. 29, 2020. Tortorella was angry that 1.1 seconds weren’t put back on the clock during overtime of a 3-2 shootout loss to the Chicago Blackhawks.

DALLAS (1080 KRLD) - The latest now from Dallas police on the search for the person who shot and killed a one year old boy Sunday morning in his own bedroom.

Police are now asking for help identifying the driver of a car captured on video driving on Valentine Street -- around the time Rory Norman was shot and killed.

Police say the driver of the car could have information that could help in the investigation. The car is a dark-colored Dodge Sedan. The shooting happened just before 4 am Sunday. Rory Norman died at the hospital, his 20 year old uncle was also hit, but will survive.

After the shooting, Police Chief Renee Hall called the shooting intentional and deliberate.
