SOUTH KITSAP — The Kitsap County Sheriff's Office has issued a warrant for the arrest of a 27-year-old man who allegedly shot his roommate Monday evening at a home on the 5900 block of Sidney Road SW.
The victim, a 32-year-old woman, identified the alleged shooter as Colt Joshua Rodriguez.
Dismembered woman’s body found in South Philly basement
The severely decomposed and “partially dismembered” body of an unidentified young woman was found in the basement of a South Philadelphia home Thursday evening by sheriff’s deputies and Philadelphia police Special Victims Unit officers serving a warrant. The discovery was made about 4:45 p.m. inside a twin at 2127 Porter St., where deputies had gone to serve an arrest warrant for a Madison Leidy issued in July 2018 in connection with a robbery, Philadelphia Sheriff Rochelle Bilal said in an interview. The SVU had gone along because it received a tip earlier Thursday saying a that a missing 18-year-old woman was inside the address.

Reports of the shooting came in around 5 p.m. Patrol deputies made contact with the woman on scene and she was escorted by sheriff’s patrol vehicle to a waiting South Kitsap Fire and Rescue medic unit.
The woman was taken to St. Joseph Medical Center in Tacoma with what appeared to be non-life-threatening injuries, said KCSO spokesman Deputy Scott Wilson.
A KCSO SWAT team, with assistance from other local law enforcement agencies, secured the scene, but the suspect was not located. Detectives obtained a search warrant and found a short-barrelled shotgun believed to have been used in the shooting.
Masked 86-year-old robs a bank but is caught moments later due to his slow getaway
Gilbert Paul Ware, 86, allegedly robbed a bank in Greenville, South Carolina, at gunpoint, before the elderly man was arrested by officers just minutes later as he attempted a less-than-speedy getaway. Officers from the Greenville Police Department caught up with the man minutes later, just a few blocks away. He was located and arrested Ware at South Pleasantburg and East Antrim Drive after police had conducted a traffic stop. The firearm used in the robbery was recovered as well as the stolen money.Ware was arrested and remains in police custody. He has been charged with bank robbery, but more charges are expected to be made.
