Man covered in blood during traffic stop later confesses to father's murder: Police A man covered in blood who was pulled over during an early morning routine traffic stop was later found to have allegedly murdered his father in a parking garage. © Boca Raton Police Services Department Jared Noiman, 26, has been charged with first-degree murder in the death of his father Jay Noiman in Boca Raton, Florida. It all started when police in Boca Raton, Florida, responded to a report of a deceased person, who appeared to have been stabbed to death, was found in a parking garage at about 7:30 a.m in the morning on Feb. 3.

Police believed the suspect may have fled to San Francisco. Around 3:40 a.m. Saturday, investigators located the man driving his mom’s vehicle eastbound across the Bay Bridge.

Officers attempted to stop the driver who sped off, leading to a 20-minute chase that went through Dublin and back toward Castro Valley, where he stopped and was taken into custody, police said.

“The fast and thorough work of our officers and detectives led to the swift arrest of the suspect,” San Leandro police Lt. Isaac Benabou said in a statement. “This was a violent and seemingly unprovoked incident by a dangerous individual who needed to be caught quickly. The suspect may be in custody, but this is still an active investigation.”

The incident marks San Leandro’s first homicide of the year. The city had no murders last year and one homicide in 2018.
