Teresa Fetterman, 23, was charged with involuntary manslaughter, reckless endangerment, two counts of aggravated assault on a child and other charges. Her son, Mikel Fetterman, died in April after what police suspected was abuse. Mikel spent almost a month in the pediatric intensive care unit at UPMC Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh after he was found unresponsive on the 1100 block of 5th Avenue.
