While witnesses described the shooter as a white man in his 20s or 30s, Wauwatosa Police Chief Barry Weber said the suspect is an Hispanic teenager. A firearm was recovered during the arrest, he said. "There were several members of those groups that were injured during this altercation," Wauwatosa Police public information officer Abby Pavlik said of the two groups involved in the incident. Four bystanders also suffered non-life-threatening injuries.

SACRAMENTO — An 18-year-old man was arrested in connection with a Black Friday shooting at a Sacramento mall that killed two brothers, police announced Monday. The shooting erupted after a “verbal altercation” between two groups of people who knew each other, police tweeted.
Sacramento police arrested a suspect in connection with a deadly shooting at a mall on Black Friday last week.
Damario Beck, 18, was arrested Monday on suspicion that he shot and killed a 17-year-old boy and a 19-year-old man at Arden Fair Mall around 6 p.m. on Friday night.
“Based on the preliminary investigation, the shooting resulted from a verbal altercation between two groups of people that were known to each other from prior interactions,” Sacramento police said on Twitter.

Sacramento police added that “detectives are still investigating the incident and believe there are additional witnesses and involved parties.”
The names of the two victims have not been released.
Beck is being held on two counts on murder without bail at Sacramento County jail. He is scheduled to be formally arraigned on Wednesday.

However, time is certainly running out on this front.
