A Wisconsin judge has altered the bail conditions for Kyle Rittenhouse, a teenager charged with fatally shooting two men and gunning down a third amid protests over the officer-involved shooting of Jacob Blake last summer.

Under the new terms, 18-year-old Ritthenhouse, who is free on $2 million cash bond, is not allowed to drink alcohol nor is he permitted to associate with any group or person known to menace others based on traits like race and religion.

While in most parts of the country, a person is required to be 21 years old to drink, younger Wisconsin residents are allowed to legally consume alcohol if they are with a parent.

The modified terms comes a week after the teen was spotted at a bar in Mount Pleasant with his mother. Prosecutors said he drank three beers and was at one point serenaded by five men from the far-right group, the Proud Boys.

Rittenhouse was also recorded flashing an “Okay” sign with his hand, which has been associated with White Supremacy on some occasions

On August 25, Kyle Rittenhouse, an Illinois native, gunned down three protesters following the officer-involved shooting of Jacob Blake. He was charged in connection with the violent incident and his initial bail terms bar him from possessing any weapons.

Rittenhouse’s attorney has said in court papers that he is not and has never been a member of a white supremacist group.
