A Pennsylvania man was arrested last Friday and charged with aggravated cruelty to animals after allegedly shooting his dog and grilling it over a fire pit in his yard.
Bucks County prosecutors said Nikolay Lukyanchikov, 48, was still in jail after failing to post bail. He’s also been charged with with discharging a firearm into an occupied structure, reckless endangerment, among other charges, according to the.
Police responded to Lukyanchikov’s home in Northampton Township around 7 a.m. on Friday after someone reported an open fire on his lawn. Lukyanchikov was found outside the home, on a couch, “incredibly intoxicated” and unable to speak, according to an affidavit obtained by The Inquirer.
