A high-school football star who attended a prestigious Christian private school raped a sleeping girl at an Ohio home a few weeks before Christmas, according to state prosecutors.
A criminal complaint filed in Hamilton County Common Pleas Court alleges Crosley MacEachen, 18, encountered the unconscious victim in a bedroom at the home in Symmes Township, then stripped her naked and began having sex with her.
MacEachen, whofor the Cincinnati Hills Christian Academy, is charged with rape, gross sexual imposition, and sexual battery.

“These charges are unproven allegations,” MacEachen’s attorney, R. Scott Croswell III, told The Daily Beast. “We intend to aggressively defend these charges.”
The allegations against MacEachen, which were, stem from an incident that reportedly occurred on Dec. 6, 2020. At around 5 a.m. that morning, the unidentified girl said she woke up suddenly to find MacEachen having intercourse with her, charging documents state.
“She pushed him off of her and realized she was naked, despite wearing clothes when she went to sleep,” according to the filings.

The alleged attack followed inappropriate behavior by MacEachen toward the same young woman a month earlier, when he “grabbed her buttocks” at a different home in the area, the complaint states. She bolted and then waited in her car for MacEachen to leave, according to the filings.

In May, MacEachen, who averaged 17 yards per catch at Cincinnati Hills Christian Academy—which this year was—committed to attend the University of St. Francis in Fort Wayne, Indiana. A university spokesperson did not immediately respond to a request for comment.

New Zealand man has plea deal in girl's attempted kidnapping
RICHMOND, Va. (AP) — A New Zealand man who was shot while allegedly trying to kidnap a 14-year-old Virginia girl he met online has reached a plea agreement with federal prosecutors. Troy George Skinner, 28, of Auckland, New Zealand, was scheduled to face trial next month on two counts of attempted kidnapping and nine counts related to the production of child pornography. But electronic court records show that the jury selection process was terminated last week and a plea agreement hearing in the case has been scheduled for July 29. Skinner was arrested in June 2018 after he showed up at the Goochland home of the girl and tried to break in.

The alleged incident did not occur on school property nor during a school-sponsored event. CHCA is saddened for the individuals and families affected by this alleged incident, and our prayers remain with them.”
Cincinnati Hills Christian Academy has made headlines before. In 2014,after nude photos of her appeared on revenge porn websites Dirty.com and MyEx.com. Climie, 36, was arrested and charged with filing a false police report after concocting a bogus story that her phone had been stolen. Climie claimed the photos were intended for her husband, but investigators learned that she had in fact sent them to a married man with whom she had been carrying on an affair.
MacEachen was arrested and released on $100,000 bond, which was reportedly posted by a family member. He is due back in court on Wednesday.
