A man has turned himself in to police in Georgia and has since been charged with murder after a woman was seen falling from a moving car.
Alfred Megbuluba, 31, from Lilburn, just northeast of Atlanta, had been driving a Lamborghini on Monday, October 10, with 28-year-old Catherine Khan.
Witnesses said Khan, from Snellville, was either thrown out or pushed from the moving car at the intersection of Peachtree and Piedmont roads, according to The Atlanta Journal-Constitution.

Police originally were investigating a domestic violence incident involving a grandmother and granddaughter.According to a Facebook post published by the police department, the officer, who was not identified, was investigating the area just after 8 p.m. During the investigation, Chante Roshell Oates returned to the scene. The officer began asking Oates some questions before the officer was hit and dragged down the road.
Khan was taken to a nearby hospital where she later died of her injuries.
Megbuluba turned himself in to Fulton County Jail and it was revealed on Monday that he has been charged with felony murder, theft by taking, financial transaction card fraud and financial transaction card theft, the outlet reported.
A 911 call from a witness said that Khan had been "thrown out of the car" and described it as being a gray Lamborghini. The caller said there had been a fight before Khan fell from the moving car, according to 11Alive.
In the same 911 call, the witness said the driver "took off" and was seen driving toward Piedmont Road to Georgia State Route 400.
Megbuluba's defense attorney Steve Sado told Atlanta Journal-Constitution that his client is innocent: "Mr. Megbuluba is not guilty of the charges lodged against him. The death of Ms. Khan was a tragic accident."

A GoFundMe fundraiser to raise funds to go towards a memorial for Khan has raised $6,232 out of a $5,000 target since it was created six days ago.
Sarah Freeman, who organized the fundraiser, paid tribute to Khan in a post and said she "had the kindest heart in the most generous soul you would ever meet."
Freeman continued: "She would take the clothes off her back to make sure you were warm enough before even considering how it would affect her.
"Catherine was a young beautiful charismatic individual. She stood up for what she believed in and did it without shame."
Elizabeth Long, who claimed to be Khan's mother, said on apage dedicated to her memory: "I just want to thank everyone for the kind words, memories and pictures of my sweet baby girl.
"It is such a comfort knowing how much she was loved. Catherine lived hard, played hard and unfortunately died hard. She's not here anymore but she's everywhere at the same time."
