A woman discovered she had breast cancer after a tourist attraction's thermal camera revealed a 'hot spot'
Thermal cameras, which pick up heat and blood flow in the body, aren't typically very accurate when it comes to detecting tumors. In May, Bal Gill visited Edinburgh, Scotland's Camera Obscura & World of Illusions museum and was later checking out souvenir images she'd gotten from a thermal camera at the attraction. In the images, she noticed a heat patch over her breast, CNN reported.
Eddie Van Halen has been released from the hospital on Sunday after reportedly suffering intestinal issues and abdominal pain.
TMZ said the rocker's recent hospitalization was the result of "a bad reaction to the drugs Eddie is taking to battle throat cancer."

The legendary guitarist has been suffering from throat cancer for years, and TMZ said last month that he's been traveling to Germany for treatment. Eddie apparently believes he developed the cancer from a metal guitar pick that he used more than 20 years ago. Eddie would supposedly cradle the pick in his mouth, and doctors have told him that could have been the source of the cancer. Eddie was also a heavy smoker for years.
Louisiana vote: Democratic gov in nail-biter re-election bid
In a race that has become a nail-biter, Louisiana Gov. John Bel Edwards battled Saturday to defy the partisan odds in the ruby red South and win reelection to a seat that President Donald Trump desperately wants returned to Republicans. Trump has made the runoff election between the Deep South’s only Democratic governor and GOP political donor and businessman Eddie Rispone a test of his own popularity and political prowess heading into the 2020 presidential race. Early Saturday, Trump went on Twitter in a vigorous plug for Rispone.“Good morning Louisiana! Polls are open at 7AM.

Back in 2000, shortly after he was diagnosed, doctors removed around a third of his tongue. There have also been times the cancer cells migrated down to his throat, TMZ says, and doctors have had to scrape them out.
In an interview with Billboard in 2015, Eddie spoke about his health.
"I used metal picks - they're brass and copper - which I always held in my mouth, in the exact place where I got the tongue cancer," he said. "Plus, I basically live in a recording studio that's filled with electromagnetic energy. So that's one theory. I mean, I was smoking and doing a lot of drugs and a lot of everything. But at the same time, my lungs are totally clear. This is just my own theory, but the doctors say it's possible."
Natalee Holloway's mother on her nearly 15-year search for daughter in Aruba
Beth Holloway wasted no time when she learned something happened to her daughter while on a graduation trip in Aruba in 2005, and has never stopped looking for her since. “I thought, ‘You're it,’” Beth Holloway told “20/20” in an exclusive interview this summer. “Did I know what was to come? No. But I knew that I was gonna hang onto him 'til my last breath.” Natalee Holloway, an 18-year-old from Alabama, was in Aruba celebrating her high school graduation with members of her senior class when she disappeared.
