Prince Jacques and Princess Gabriella of Monaco stole the show at a car race yesterday.

The royal twins, six, who are the children of Prince Albert, 53 and Princess Charlene, 43, caught the attention of the crowd at the start of the ABB FIA Formula E Monaco E-Prix.

Prince Jacques and Gabriella were joined by their cousin, Kaia Rose Wittstock, Charlene's niece, for the occasion.

The three children were seen running, posing and waving at the crowds and racers from the tribune where an amused Prince Albert stood with them.

Gabriella, and heir-to-the-throne Jacques, looked straight into the camera and posed with huge smiles, while Jacques wrapped his arms around his sister.

Prince Philip Was 'Crucial in Helping Coach William as Future King,' Says Royal Historian

Prince Philip Was 'Crucial in Helping Coach William as Future King,' Says Royal Historian Both Prince William and Prince Harry inherited "elements of the serious and the fun" from their grandfather Prince Philip"Philip was crucial in helping coach William as a future King," historian Robert Lacey, author of the bestselling biography Battle of Brothers, tells PEOPLE in this week's cover story. "It was Philip's idea to set up the lunches between William and his grandmother. When the time came for the Queen to talk business with William, Philip would quietly excuse himself because he didn't feel that the constitutional side of the Queen's job was something he wanted to interfere in.

After appearing to put on a united front in family pictures over Christmas, Charlene hailed her husband as 'loyal, determined and courageous'.

Speaking with Point du Vue, she revealed: 'When my husband has problems, he tells me about it. I often tell him, "No matter what, no matter what, I'm a thousand percent behind you. I'll stand by you whatever you do, in good times or in bad."

The mother-of-two went on to say she also often tells her husband she will 'protect him' and will 'always be by his side.'
