Ricky Schroder is being ripped online for posting an Instagram video showing him berating a California Costco employee who refused to let the former child star enter the store without a face mask.
The employee, named Jason, maintained his cool and explained that that particular Costco in Los Angeles was abiding by the California state-wide mask mandate, which is still currently in place.
"You're going to listen to these people? They've destroyed our economy. They're destroying our state. And you're just going to listen to their rules?," Ricky shouts at the man and explains that he is getting a refund from the store, and he encouraged his followers to do the same.
Ricky Gervais asks woman to MOVE out of shot on After Life 3 set
The actor, 59, was forced to ask someone else to move out of shot as he continued to shoot scenes for After Life series 3 in Hampstead Heath earlier this month. The actor, 59, was joined by his character Tony Johnson's beloved German Shepherd as he approached the woman, who was reading a book in the park during the sunny day in the English capital. © Provided by Daily Mail ( The producer, who was dressed in a brown coat and denim jeans, allowed filming to take place once the woman picked up her belongings and left the location.
The employee explains that the state-wide mask mandate is likely to end sometime in June.
"Boycott Costco till they act like a Free American Company…not [China]," Ricky captioned a video.
While Ricky was probably expecting to get applauded for his actions, the opposite occurred.
"Dude I get the frustration but this guy is literally doing his job… if he doesn't then he loses his job and way to feed his family," one person commented on the post. Another added, "Sorry, even being a strong conservative and anti-masker, the Costco dude is right. ONLY if the state and county do not have a mask mandate. He's only trying to do his job."
"I don't think employees should be harassed," a different commenter said.
Anthony Davis promises to get blonde stripe in hair like Dennis Schroder's if Lakers win championship
Davis wouldn't be the first teammate Schroder has convinced to dye his hairBut that could very easily change in the next few months. On a Call of Duty stream Tuesday, Davis promised to put a blonde stripe in his hair to match the one sported by teammate Dennis Schroder... if the Lakers win the championship.
A few hours after posting his video, Ricky posted a different video that covered an array of topics making him angry. In it, he addressed the Costco video.
"Jason, nothing personal. I'm not upset with you or anybody in the position like you have, who works for a living," he said. "I understand you were following your laws and rules. I was trying to make a point to the corporate overlords and I'm sorry that I had to use you to do it. And if I hurt your feelings, I apologize. I do think that independence for medical tyranny is more important than hurting people's feelings, so I'm sorry I hurt your feelings."
Friends' Cast's Dating Histories Through the Years .
Did the Friends cast ever find their lobsters? Jennifer Aniston, Courteney Cox and more costars had their fair share of high-profile romances since the sitcom catapulted their careers. In 1995, one year after the NBC series premiered, the Morning Show actress began dating Tate Donovan. The pair called it quits three years later, and while they were working through their split, they were given a romantic arc on Friends. “I was just happy to be on the team. The only bummer was Jennifer and I were breaking up at the time,” the O.C. alum exclusively told Us Weekly in September 2018 of his turn as Joshua, one of Rachel Green’s love interests. “And so that was tricky to sort of act, and act like we are just meeting each other, and falling in love, or whatever, interested in each other, when we’re sort of breaking up. That was just tough.” His character only lasted six episodes because it was “really painful” for the exes to appear on screen together. “The people that know that we dated think that we met on Friends,” Donovan joked. “But in fact we had dated for two years before then, and it was over by the time we were on Friends together.” Though he had his ups and downs with Aniston, the Argo star said all six of the main Friends cast “were amazing” to him during his time on the show. “They were fantastic,” he gushed. Donovan isn’t the only one of the Golden Globe winner’s beaus to have appeared on the legendary comedy.
