The family also shared new photos of her four children - Irayan Pluth, 11; Lillia Pluth, 10; Aidan Lindsey, 6 and Dove Lindsey, 1 - "doing what they loved most while here on Earth," Benenati said.

He added that the family is not considering any legal action at this time and is requesting privacy. Benenati is managing a GoFundMe campaign for the family to help cover funeral expenses. It was created Tuesday and has since raised over $38,000.

Orlando police revealed new information on the four children killed in the hostage situation early this week at the Westbrook Apartments in Orlando. Authorities said an investigation revealed the children's bodies were found in their beds with the same clothing that their mother reported them in.Officials believe the children were killed while they slept before or shortly after Gary Lindsey Jr.'s first contact with officers when Officer Kevin Valencia was shot and critically injured. As authorities negotiated throughout the 21-hour standoff with Lindsey, the children were most likely dead.
