Dodgers' Puig to serve 2-game suspension after MLB denies appeal .
Los Angeles Dodgers outfielder Yasiel Puig will begin serving a two-game suspension Tuesday night for an incident that occurred during a game against the San Francisco Giants on Aug. 14. Puig initially fought the ban, but will now sit out back-to-back games against the visiting New York Mets after Major League Baseball denied his appeal, according to Bill Shaikin of the Los Angeles Times.
