Special counsel Robert Mueller's long-awaited report will be delivered to Congress on Thursday on a CD, leaving congressional staffers scrambling to make sure they have the hardware necessary to read it.

A Justice Department official confirmed to the Associated Press that the report will be sent to Capitol Hill on CD between 11 a.m. and noon as the nearly two-year wait for the report on Russian interference in the 2016 election and possible collusion by the Trump campaign comes to a close.
