(Bloomberg) -- President Donald Trump’s former national security adviser Michael Flynn asked to withdraw his guilty plea to lying to federal agents, two weeks before he was scheduled to be sentenced.

In a filing in Washington federal court Tuesday, Flynn said he’s seeking to withdraw the plea because of the “government’s bad faith, vindictiveness and breach of the plea agreement.”

Northern Kentucky teen pleads guilty to rape, sexual abuse charges .
A Northern Kentucky teenager accused of raping one girl and sexually assaulting three others took a plea deal Wednesday, pleading guilty to one count of rape and three counts of sexual abuse. Joseph Eubank pleaded not guilty back in December to the charges but Prosecutor Rob Sanders said he changed his plea to guilty on Wednesday. Sign up for our Newsletters Investigators said the crimes took place when Eubank was 14. Investigators say nothing criminal happened on Covington Catholic school property -- where Eubank was a student at the time. But the investigation started there, according to Prosecutor Rob Sanders.
