Connor Letourneau of the San Francisco Chronicle reported Friday that the Warriors will likely pass on drafting Ball. Letorneau also mentions Tyrese Haliburton from Iowa State and Killian Hayes from France as point guards Golden State might be higher on than Ball. The Warriors hold the No. 2 overall pick in this year’s draft.

On Monday, a Tarrant County grand jury decided not to proceed with murder charges against Wilson, according to the Fort Worth Star-Telegram.

"Texas law allows an individual, when they witness somebody placing others at risk of serious bodily injury or death, to act with deadly force to protect the other individuals," county prosecutor Tim Rodgers said. "Mr. Wilson did just that. He did it responsibly and, as a result, he was justified under the law in his actions."

In Texas it is standard practice for a grand jury to review possible criminal conduct in a murder case, the newspaper reported.

Wilson was awarded the Governor's Medal of Courage earlier this year for stopping the shooting, which left to parishioners dead.

"I just want to thank all who have sent their prayers and comments on the events of today," Wilson wrote on his Facebook page at the time of the incident. "The events at West Freeway Church of Christ put me in a position that I would hope no one would have to be in, but evil exist [sic] and I had to take out an active shooter in church."
