A cheap attempt to insult Joe Biden as mentally unstable backfired this week after a right-wing billboard in southwest Pennsylvania misspelled the word “dementia” as “dimensia.”
The roadside billboard, seen on Route 21 in Fayette County, features a photo of the Democratic presidential nominee and his running mate, Sen. Kamala Harris, with the phrase, “BIDEN’S DIMENSIA IS WORSENING. HE IS NOT FIT.”
The evidence-free accusation, which has been spouted by President Trump and his allies, was met with widespread ridicule on social media after social media users shared a photo of the epic spelling error on Twitter. Many pointed to the irony of botching the English language while attacking someone’s cognitive ability.
