Lawyer Sidney Powell said in a statement Sunday evening via Gen. Michael Flynn that said she understood the Trump campaign’s statement that she is not part of the campaign’s legal team and she is proceeding to file an “epic” lawsuit this week.

Attorney Sidney Powell was not able to respond tonight. Sidney was censored and suspended by Twitter earlier today. Sidney is staying the course to prove the massive deliberate election fraud that robbed the American people of our votes for President Trump and many Republican candidates.

Sidney Powell isn't done fighting for President Trump even though the Trump legal team distanced themselves from the attorney over the weekend.

The former federal prosecutor told Fox Business host Lou Dobbs on Tuesday that she plans to file a lawsuit in federal court "no later" than Thanksgiving eve.

"It’s a massive document. And it’s going to have a lot of exhibits," Powell said, adding that the defendants are "going to be folks in Georgia who are responsible for supposedly making sure the elections in Georgia are done properly, and there are just countless incidents of voter fraud and election fraud writ large in Georgia."

Powell did not name any targets of the lawsuit while speaking with Dobbs, but over the weekend she said the alleged corruption went all the way to Gov. Brian Kemp, claiming state officials were being paid to be part of a conspiracy with Dominion Voting Systems, which has denied being involved in a vote-switching scheme, and much more.

Kemp's office did not return the Washington Examiner's request for comment.

Powell also said on Tuesday that she will be filing lawsuits in other places, "rolling them out as fast as we can."

Timing is critical as states are certifying their votes and the Electoral College meets in the middle of December. But Powell assured Dobbs that she will meet all the necessary deadlines. "The evidence is so overwhelming, it’s almost as though they were so blatant about it they expected us to catch it," she said.

What line did Sidney Powell cross that Rudy Giuliani didn’t?

What line did Sidney Powell cross that Rudy Giuliani didn’t? Ridiculous claims and embarrassing behavior are clearly acceptable. So what wasn't? Between then and Sunday afternoon, though, the relationship between Powell and the president soured. Rudolph W. Giuliani, who has served as Trump’s personal attorney since last year, released a statement effectively slicing Powell out of the strike force. Something that Powell had done crossed some sort of line, and out she went, with the statement’s language leaving open the possibility that the remaining team might try to claim that Powell had never been formally representing Trump’s interests.

" Sidney Powell is practicing law on her own. She is not a member of the Trump Legal Team," Rudy Giuliani said . Powell told conservative media outlet Newsmax TV on Saturday night that an upcoming campaign lawsuit in Georgia "will be biblical" as a federal judge granted Pennsylvania's

Earlier this month, the Department of Homeland Security released a joint statement with some partners and advisers that said that "there is no evidence that any voting system deleted or lost votes, changed votes, or was in any way compromised." The statement also stressed that "the Nov. 3rd election was the most secure in American history."

Afterward, Trump fired Chris Krebs, who served as the director of the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency, and said the statement was "highly inaccurate." Trump has refused to concede the presidential race, claiming it was "rigged" and is waging legal fights and requesting recounts, but his General Services Administration did authorize on Monday the beginning of a transition to a Biden administration.

Powell acknowledged that the evidence she is collecting could be a "diversion" of sorts, but then asserted that "it’s also clear that there was foreign intrusion into our voting systems, and that’s going to be the real — where rubber meets the road."

Asked if Trump's presidency can be saved, Powell replied: "Yes, I definitely do. There are, there’s no issue in my mind, but that he was elected in an absolute landslide nationwide."
