Samsung’s press release doesn’t say exactly which countries are getting the beta, but SamMobile reports that it should be available in South Korea, Germany, and the US. You can find out if you have access by heading into the Samsung Members app and looking for a notification about the beta. Samsung says the beta will be available for Galaxy S10E, S10, S10 Plus, and S10 5G devices. As always, however, you should be careful about installing beta software on anything you rely on as a primary device.

Samsung's Android 10 beta for Galaxy S10 phones starts soon

Samsung's Android 10 beta for Galaxy S10 phones starts soon Samsung will soon give Galaxy S10 owners the chance to try Android 10 before the new mobile platform heads to the tech giant's other models. Google rolled out Android 10 in September, but only a few devices can download and install it at the moment -- its availability, as always, depends on phonemakers. In Samsung's case, it says the beta versions of the platform and the company's One UI 2 are "coming soon" to the Galaxy S10, S10+ and their smallest sibling, the S10e, in the US.Users will be able to take Android 10 for a spin if they're on Sprint or T-Mobile, or if they're rocking an unlocked phone.

The Android 10 version for the Samsung Galaxy S 10 is called the OneUI 2.0. If your device is not in the list or you do not get selected in the One UI beta program, then don’t worry. We have got you covered. We will list the OTA download links here once they are available.

The first Samsung Android 10 beta build is going to start rolling out in the United States and some countries across Europe in October. Some of you may recall that the Galaxy S 9 One UI ( Android Pie) beta was launched in November last year. The company also opened up the beta for the Galaxy

The update features redesigned notifications that are designed to take up less space.

The South Korean electronics giant has traditionally been slow at bringing the latest version of Android to its devices. Last year it didn’t open its Android 9 beta until mid-November, and the software didn’t start releasing until January of the following year. In this context, a mid-October release is a much quicker turnaround for Samsung, even if it comes a month and a half after Android 10 was released.

Android 10 is finally starting to roll out for Galaxy S10 and Note 10 devices .
When Samsung started rolling out its Android 10 beta for the Galaxy S10 and Note 10 earlier than expected, everyone speculated that the final Android 10 upgrade might come sooner than ever before -- maybe even before the end of 2019. Then, a leak a few days ago said Samsung might do the unthinkable and update several Android devices to Android 10 in early January, including 2019 flagships and other popular phones. That sounded just like aThat sounded just like a regular schedule for Samsung, with the added benefit that a bunch of different devices would run Google’s Android 10 as early as next month. And then Samsung started quietly rolling out the final Android 10 update to Galaxy S10 and Note 10 owners in several markets.
