New iPhone 11 to be unveiled at Apple event
The new lineup will reportedly include the iPhone 11 Pro, the iPhone 11 Pro Max and the iPhone 11.
Apple sells six iPhone models, but what it lacks right now is a smaller handset with a lower price. And it could be arriving in the spring of 2020. TF International Securities analyst Ming-Chi Kuo published a note in October 2019, predicting Apple "will launch the more affordable iPhone SE 2 in
Apple may be working on a smaller and cheaper version of the iPhone 11 for 2020. TF International Securities analyst Ming-Chi Kuo, who has a strong track record According to CNBC, Kuo suggested in an analyst note that the iPhone SE 2 will retain the iPhone 8's 4.7-inch screen.
A new investor note from analyst Ming-Chi Kuo relays that Apple’s rumored iPhone SE 2 could prove to be far more popular than initially anticipated. In a note originally brought to light, Kuo claims that Apple’s iPhone SE successor could sell anywhere between 20 million and 30 million units this year. As far as a release date is concerned, it’s widely believed that we’ll see the iPhone SE 2 hit store shelves sometime in March of 2020. This launch window would make sense given that the original iPhone SE was released in March of 2016.
While the iPhone SE 2 could very well be immensely popular, it won’t necessarily be a device current iPhone SE owners are interested in. According to Kuo — who has a solid track record with respect to Apple rumors — the iPhone SE 2 will incorporate a 4.7-inch display along with Touch ID. By way of contrast, the original iPhone SE boasted a 4-inch display. In other words, the iPhone SE 2 will bear a form factor closer to the iPhone 8 than to the compact form factor that defined the original iPhone SE.
We're live at Apple's 2019 iPhone event!
We've finally made our way to California, and just in time, too — Apple Day is finally upon us. It won't be long now before the company reveals its trio of new iPhones, and if nothing else, we're dying to know what Apple actually plans to call these things. The iPhone 11 series? iPhone XI? Are we getting an iPhone 11 Pro Max? Why does it sound like we're talking about a late-90's graphics card? When it comes to nomenclature, the answers can't come soon enough. Of course, iPhones won't take up the entire show, and we can't help but wonder what else will get a share of the limelight on-stage today.
More iPhone SE 2 rumors, news and leaks. The latest report suggests the iPhone SE 2 could have a 4.7-inch LCD screen. But other than that it will The iPhone SE form factor is loved by its fans, and while the iPhone SE 2 won't be a best-seller for Apple it will show that the Cupertino firm is listening
Apple iPhone SE 2 could launch in the coming weeks. This popular budget device hasn’t been updated for over two years and it seems some big changes could be inbound. There’s already been a few unoffical leaks which have shown a radical update to this device, but now a phone case firm may
This is undeniably disheartening news for current iPhone SE owners given that the smaller form factor was the main reason people gravitated towards the device in the first place.
That aside, the iPhone SE 2 does sound like it will offer users a lot of bang for the buck upon its release. Specifically, the device is said to feature Apple’s next-gen A13 processor, an upgraded single-lens camera, 3GB of RAM, and storage capacities in 64GB and 128GB options. We’ve also seen reports that the iPhone SE 2 will be available in Space Gray, Silver, and Red color options.
Rumor has it that Apple is planning to position the iPhone SE 2 as a budget device and may price it as low $399. In contrast, an entry-level iPhone 8 today will set you back $449.
All told, Apple’s 2020 iPhone lineup is shaping up to be the most diverse we’ve seen in years, with the iPhone SE 2 taking care of the low-end of the market and the premium iPhone 5G set to take care of the upper-end of the market.
