Huge leak might’ve just revealed Samsung’s Galaxy S20 pricing and release date Samsung’s new Galaxy S phones will be unveiled on February 11th, right alongside the brand new foldable handset from the Korean smartphone maker. We’re also looking at brand new names for the two devices, Galaxy S20 and Galaxy Bloom, instead of the previously expected Galaxy S11 and Galaxy Fold 2 monikers. Names aside, we already have a pretty good idea of what to expect from both phone series, and now a new leak might have just revealed full pricing details and a release date for the Galaxy S20 series.

They're big, powerful and ultra-luxe. At Samsung Unpacked today, the company announced the Galaxy Z Flip foldable phone and its newest lineup of flagship handsets called the Galaxy S20, S20 Plus and S20 Ultra. The phones share powerful hardware and have new features that signal the direction of where phones are heading -- namely, 5G connectivity (which all three phones have) and screens with a higher, 120Hz refresh rate.

But the phones have key differences as well. The 6.2-inch Galaxy S20 is the smallest of the bunch, followed by the S20 Plus and the S20 Ultra, which has a 6.9-inch display. In addition, the Galaxy S20 and S20 Plus both have a wide-angle, telephoto and ultrawide cameras, but the S20 Plus and the S20 Ultra have one extra camera. This fourth one is a time-of-flight camera that measures depth for AR applications.

Galaxy S20 and Galaxy Buds+ leak together in official-looking shots At this rate, you may know exactly what to expect at Samsung's February 11th event. Well-known leaker Evan Blass has shared a flurry of apparent official images for the Galaxy S20 family, including one for a promo that offers a free set of Galaxy Buds+ for people who pre-order the S20+ or S20 Ultra -- it's not quite revealing everything in one picture, but it's pretty close. The shots appear to confirm much of what you've seen in live photos andApart from the cameras (including a 108-megapixel shooter on the Ultra), the Galaxy S20 range is expected to be a more evolutionary upgrade with speedier Snapdragon 865 processors in some countries, up to 16GB of RAM and 120Hz displays.

On top of that, the Galaxy S20 Ultra has a 108-megapixel wide-angle lens and a 40-megapixel selfie cam, and it can zoom up to 100X. With these standout camera features, the Ultra is the most high-end of the trio.

Because the phones belong to Samsung's marquee line, they're expensive. The S20, S20 Plus and S20 Ultra start at $1,000, $1,200 and $1,400, respectively (£799, £999, £1,199 in the UK). Preorders begin February 21 through March 5, and they land in stores March 6.
