Starting quarterback Jordan Travis exited the game before the end of the first half after suffering an apparent leg injury.

Travis was tackled awkwardly by the ankles with just over four minutes to go in the second quarter. He had to be helped off the field and did not return.

Travis was later spotted walking on crutches with a walking boot on his left leg.

Travis helped kick off the scoring on Friday night on Florida State's first possession of the game. A three-yard touchdown pass from Travis to Preston Daniel capped off a five-play, 61-yard drive to give the Seminoles a 7-0 lead.

With FSU trailing 14-7 late in the first quarter, Travis orchestrated a three-play, 75-yard drive in just over a minute to tie things up. Travis found Malik McClain in the corner of the end zone for a 21-yard touchdown, tying things up at 14-14.
