  UN chief issues 'red alert' for the world As the world starts to ring in the new year, UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres called upon the global community to unite and overcome challenges together on Sunday. In his New Year message on Sunday, Guterres said the world appeared to have "gone in reverse" before adding, "On New Year's Day 2018 I am not issuing an appeal, I am issuing an alert -- a red alert for our world.

That has been the official line pretty much all week since Brown returned to practice. While there are still some reports that indicate Brown’s calf is more of a concern than believed, every other indication sounds like Brown is good to go for Sunday’s game.
