This printer lets you make Harry Potter-style moving pictures

This printer lets you make Harry Potter-style moving pictures The world of Harry Potter was decidedly low-tech. According to J.K. Rowling’s canon, the air surrounding Hogwarts was so dense with magic, it prevented electricity from working*. Taking the place of computers and phones were spells, enchantments, and potions. To bring everyday objects to life, us mere muggles have to rely on silicon and copper wiring. Which brings us to the Harry Potter Magic Photo and Video Printer from Lifeprint Products, which uses augmented reality to create photos that move like in the series.

Basketball coach Tex Winter has died at the age of 96.

Winter is best known for being an innovator of the triangle offense, which the Chicago Bulls ran to perfection during Michael Jordan’s career while Winter was an assistant coach on the staff from 1985 to 1998. Former Bulls general manager John Paxson said in a statement:

“Tex Winter was a basketball legend and perhaps the finest fundamental teacher in the history of our game. He was an innovator who had high standards for how basketball should be played and approached every day. Those of us who were lucky enough to play for him will always respect his devotion to the game of basketball. His contributions to the Bulls organization will always be remembered."

Curry hits behind-back shot from halfcourt

Curry hits behind-back shot from halfcourt Golden State Warriors guard Stephen Curry is considered by most to be the best shooter in the history of the NBA. The two-time MVP holds all three of the top totals for most three-pointers in a single season.Curry is also what we’d call a showboat. Just check out this video of him nailing a behind-the-back shot from halfcourt during practice on Sunday. It’s some absolutely insane stuff.Best shooter of all-time and it’s not even close.— Warriors on NBCS (@NBCSWarriors) October 7, 2018The operative word here would be “how?”If it were anyone else, we’d be calling Curry lucky.

Welcome to NESP, New England's Leader in School and Sports Photography ! This past Spring NESP celebrated its 40th year in business. NESP is large enough to photograph leagues or schools of any size, yet small enough that one of the owners is in our lab to see everything that gets printed.
