Jalen Hurts received some excellent recognition during the University of Alabama's commencement ceremony on Saturday. When he walked across the stage to receive his diploma, the Crimson Tide quarterback received loud cheers and a standing ovation from many in attendance.

It’s been a wild journey for quarterback Jalen Hurts since he stepped foot onto campus at Alabama. After leading the Crimson Tide to a comeback win in the SEC Championship, Alabama’s fan base made sure to thank Hurts after his latest big moment.

The 20-year-old took the stage for graduation on Saturday at Alabama and received his degree. When the moment finally happened, many in attendance made sure to celebrate and appreciate Hurts with a loud ovation.

It’s an incredible moment to see, not only because of what Hurts was able to accomplish but how everyone in attendance made sure to honor him.

Even if he serves as Alabama’s backup quarterback in the playoffs, this will certainly be a year with so many moments that Hurts will not ever forget.
