Scottie Pippen calls Duke's Zion Williamson the best NBA prospect since Michael Jordan Williamson, a 6-foot-7 forward, is averaging 22 points and 9.2 rebounds in his freshman season with the Blue Devils. He is shooting a staggering 68.1 percent from the floor. Despite weighing 285 pounds, Williamson is one college basketball's most explosive athletes. Pippen thinks this will be a huge help at the next level. The LeBron James-Michael Jordan comparison is a regular exercise that seemingly dominates the NBA conversation multiple times a year.

It's a debate that can fire up even the casual basketball fan, but if there's one aspect I can respect about the Jordan-LeBron debate it's that Jordan and LeBron stans are firm with their positions in the argument. Even the professional hot-take specialist like Skip Bayless will unabashedly slam LeBron for anything all in the name of Jordan being the GOAT. Like, Bayless has to know he's wrong, but I can at least appreciate his dedication and consistency.

Why Channing and Jenna's Divorce Is Becoming 'Challenging and Emotional' Since Channing Tatum and Jenna Dewan announced their separation in April 2018 following nearly nine years of marriage, they’ve made an effort to keep things amicable. But lately, “it’s been challenging and emotional,” a source close to Dewan, 38, reveals in the new issue of Us Weekly. Biggest Celebrity Splits of 2018 Tatum’s lengthy January 25 filing to establish a joint custody arrangement for their daughter, Everly, 5, makes it clear that the Magic Mike star, 38, is a doting dad.

Scottie Pippen has changed his answer a few times. Basketball Hall of Famer Scottie Pippen was once again asked about who he thinks is the better player between his former teammate Michael Jordan and Cavs superstar LeBron James, and he once again gave a different answer.

Scottie Pippen, though, has no regard for the integrity of a consistent NBA hot take. Depending on when you ask the former Bulls great about the game's Mount Rushmore, LeBron is the GOAT or Jordan is the GOAT or maybe Kobe is better.

On Thursday, Pippen flip-flopped again on his LeBron-Jordan position during an appearance on ESPN's First Take. He said that he didn't consider LeBron the same caliber of player as both Jordan and Kobe Bryant.

Pippen said:

"When I look at LeBron, he's not what Michael (Jordan) was as a player. He's not even what Kobe Bryant was as a player. So, when you talk about trying to compare Michael's instinct, his ability to take over games, his ability to want to have that last shot, LeBron doesn't have that gene. That's not in him."

Thankfully, NBA fans are starting to catch on to these inconsistencies. The Starter's J.E. Skeets tweeted a quick summary on Pippen's flip-flopping.

In May of 2018, we broke down Pippen's ever-changing LeBron takes after he said that LeBron and Jordan shouldn't be compared while he considered Wilt Chamberlain the true GOAT.

He went from don't compare LeBron and Jordan because cross-generational games were too different to LEBRON DOESN'T HAVE MICHAEL'S FINISHING GENE in a matter of months.

Before that, in December of 2017, he said that LeBron had surpassed Michael Jordan.

Scottie Pippen blasts LeBron James for lack of effort, says he doesn't have MJ's 'clutch gene' Hall of Famer Scottie Pippen criticized Los Angeles Lakers forward LeBron James on Thursday, saying James had "little to no effort" in a recent game.

Scottie Pippen himself said, "I was Lebron James before Lebron James". Taking Pippen at his word, you're basically asking a 230-pound version of Lebron to guard a 250-pound version of Lebron . The lighter one will be at a slight disadvantage and the heavier one will be able to exploit it

In this video Mad Mike gives his take on Scottie Pippen saying that LeBron is better than Michael Jordan . Is he a got damn fool? See what Mike thinks.

He walked back on that a week later to say that LeBron needed to win six championships to pass Jordan.

It's beyond strange, especially for a person with a national platform to talk about basketball.

All we ask for is a consistent opinion and an explanation should that opinion change. Honor must return to hot takes.
