Tom Brady appears hell-bent on playing until he’s 45, but will his twilight years be played in New England? Brady effectively is on a one-year deal It’s tough to imagine Brady throwing passes for any other team than the Patriots. Colin Cowherd, for one, doesn’t even want to entertain the possibility.

Tom Brady has repeatedly expressed a desire to play late into his career, perhaps to the age of 45 or beyond. If that means he has to switch teams and leave the New England Patriots, he seems ready to do so.

Brady was asked during a sit-down interview with Fox’s Erin Andrews that aired on Sunday whether he could see himself playing for a different team. He said he wasn’t going to make a prediction, but he seems to prioritize playing as long as he wants, regardless of team.

A report earlier this season suggested that Brady was setting up to leave the Patriots. That report combined some of the facts — Brady’s contract expires after the season and he is selling a home in Massachusetts. Despite all that, we don’t see Brady moving on from the Patriots after the season.
