Since rookie head coach Freddie Kitchens has been unable to coax the expected results out of his club, it would not be a surprise to see GM John Dorsey part ways with Kitchens and Odell Beckham Jr. this offseason.Since rookie head coach Freddie Kitchens has been unable to coax the expected results out of his club, which has often looked undisciplined and sloppy, speculation as to his future with the Browns has run rampant. It would not be a surprise to see GM John Dorsey part ways with Kitchens this offseason in favor of a more experienced head, but as Ian Rapoport of NFL.com writes, that is not the current plan.

Beckham expressed his frustration to Kitchens during the team’s 31-15 loss to the Baltimore Ravens in Week 16.

Beckham’s outburst came after the Browns failed to complete a two-point conversion. As Beckham was walking to the sideline, he tossed his helmet. Beckham, 27, then exchanged words with Kitchens.

It’s been a rocky year for Beckham in Cleveland. The wideout has struggled all season, scoring just two touchdowns coming into Sunday’s game. Beckham added a touchdown against the Ravens, but appeared frustrated he wasn’t able to do more. Beckham got into it with Kitchens after the Browns targeted tight end Ricky Seals-Jones on a key two-point conversion.

Throughout the season, Beckham has been the subject of rumors suggesting he wants out of Cleveland. There was even a report accusing Beckham of telling opposing teams to “come get” him in the offseason. Beckham initially did not address those reports, telling reporters he wouldn’t talk about the offseason. Eventually, Beckham said he wasn’t going anywhere in the offseason.

Browns ' Freddie Kitchens says Odell Beckham Jr . has missed 'a lot'. With Beckham not present and his good friend Jarvis Landry on the sideline with a minor injury, quarterback Baker Mayfield has been throwing to backup receivers during practices.

Things have been pretty quiet for Odell Beckham Jr . So quiet that the Browns may be ready to see if he can make some noise somewhere else. #odellbeckhamjr

With just one week left to go in the regular season, the cracks are starting to show for the Browns. It’s shaping up to be an eventful offseason in Cleveland, and that might not be a good thing depending on who goes.
