For Markus Reiterberger, another option has been shattered in view of theseason 2020. Lorenzo Savadori was confirmed in the Pedercini team as the second driver alongside Jordi Torres. Reiterberger was one of the candidates for the second ZX-10RR of the private Kawasaki team.
Savadori is no stranger to the Superbike World Championship. Most recently, the Italian drove for Shaun Muir's Milwaukee-Aprilia team, but lost his place in the team after moving from Aprilia to BMW. Savadori already worked with Pedercini in 2013 and 2014.
