The SC Verl announced another new entry on Monday. The third division promoted Sascha Korb of the regional league 1. FC Schweinfurt 05 and provides the midfielder with a contract until June 30, 2022.

The 27-year-old is given the number 31 by coach Guerino Capretti. "He is extremely enthusiastic about running and playing and can absolutely sweep a team away. His shooting technique and the risk of scoring will enrich our game," said the SC coach on the website of the club.

Korb played 22 out of a total of 23 league games for the "Schnüdel" and scored three goals - including a penalty goal.
