While the COVID-19 pandemic creates a new hurdle for organizations to overcome before the trade deadline, it shouldn’t stop aggressive general managers from making deals. With the NFL Playoffs expanded this season, even more teams should be active before the Nov. 3 trade deadline.

The Patriots announced the franchise's All - Dynasty Team on Thursday, but there was one glaring omission. But there was one glaring omission from the group: Super Bowl XXXIX MVP Deion Branch .

Deion Branch has been reunited with the New England Patriots . The team later confirmed the signing Wednesday. The Patriots cut Branch three weeks ago. The door opened for Branch after the Patriots released wide receiver Greg Salas earlier Tuesday.

When a team has a period of success as lengthy as the New England Patriots have had, some players are going to feel that they didn’t get their due for their contributions. Deion Branch is one of them.

The Patriots’ Hall of Fame announced its All-Dynasty Team on Thursday. The undertaking is part of the creation of an exhibit to celebrate the franchise’s success since 2001, and it was selected via a combination of fan voting and a panel of experts. Every member of the team played in at least one Super Bowl.

Sanders will make $300,000 per year at the school, which would come out to $1.2 million over the four-year deal. The contract also contains two unique clauses.

Donte' Stallworth and Deion Branch both have a history with the Patriots . But that doesn't mean ESPNBoston.com believes the true battle now comes down to Deion Branch and Donte' Stallworth. The Patriots would not have brought in so many options to replace Branch if they were happy with

The voters selected four wide receivers: Randy Moss, Julian Edelman, Troy Brown, and Wes Welker. Notably absent was Branch, and he did not hide his displeasure with that on Twitter.

It’s hard to argue with the inclusion of Edelman, and Moss had three remarkable seasons with New England, even though he didn’t win a Super Bowl. Brown never played for any team other than the Patriots, and his best season came in 2001, but that was his only 1,000-yard year and he has the least impressive profile statistically. Welker posted some huge numbers, but he, too, never won a Super Bowl. That said, he was Tom Brady’s favorite target for many years, and the two stayed close even after Welker left the organization.

Vikings looking to trade star TE Kyle Rudolph?

Vikings looking to trade star TE Kyle Rudolph? The Vikings have made it known around the league that they are sellers heading into the trade deadline. In the midst of a disappointing season, Minnesota is getting plenty of calls about Kyle Rudolph. Not only do the Vikings need more 2021 draft picks, but the organization is also in a desperate financial situation. With the NFL salary cap expected to plummet in 2021, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Minnesota is projected to be more than $8 million above the cap. The Vikings could erase most of that by trading Rudolph this season, per Over The Cap.

So this is how the New England Patriots dynasty dies: with thunderous applause. Pro Football Focus (subscription required) had the Patriots ranked dead last in the NFL in team pass As wonderful as Brady was throughout the 2000s, the great Patriots teams of the Belichick dynasty

Branch not only won a Super Bowl, but he was the MVP of Super Bowl XXXIX, when he caught 11 passes for 133 yards against the Philadelphia Eagles. However, he never had a 1,000-yard season either.

A team like this is meant to create arguments. It has succeeded, but it seems to have stung Branch a little bit.
