It's not too often you see a hook-and-lateral in the NFL, especially on a non-game-ending play.

There's nothing in the rules that says teams can't copy plays, of course. And it's not as if the Dolphins, who missed the playoffs, are in a position to use it. That didn't stop Twitter from noticing the similarity and saying the the Rams "stole" the play:
