3 moves the Bears need to make so Andy Dalton succeeds in 2021

3 moves the Bears need to make so Andy Dalton succeeds in 2021 TheChicago Bears need to make these series of moves toensure Andy Dalton of success. The Chicago Bears must move forward, and only forward, with Andy Dalton as their starting quarterback for 2021. It does not matter how lukewarm much of the Bears' fanbase is on the free-agent signing. Dal ton was a three-time Pro Bowler when he was in his prime with the Cincinnati Bengals. No other Bears quarterback has ever been to that many in their middling careers. Right out of the gate, he led dysfunctional Cincinnati to five straight AFC playoff berths. He makes the Bears better in 2021.

It worked so well last year, and earlier this year, that we decided to do the crossover once again.

The Bears Over Beers duo of Jeff (@gridironborn) and EJ (@thedraftsmanfb) hops on the livestream to preview next weekend’s NFL draft. Especially from a Bears angle. You know, since this is the preeminent site for all things about the Chicago Bears. We’ll settle such questions as “How will the Bears get their quarterback of the future?” and “Who is the most overrated prospect on the board, and why are the Bears trading up to take him at 11?”

Today’s agenda includes:

  • Live simulated mock draft
  • Discussion of the Bears’ needs and draft possibilities
  • Prospect talk
  • And lots and lots of Q&A!

This stream is hosted here as well as on my Twitch channel, and will be archived here afterward, so you won’t miss a thing. Throw your questions in the comments here, in the Twitch chat, or at our Twitter handles, and we’ll do our best to answer them.

We’ll be live at 7 PM CT; see you then.

New England Patriots draft picks 2021: Round-by-round selections .
Here is a 2021 NFL draft pick-by-pick breakdown for the New England Patriots.Round 1 (No. 15 overall) - Mac Jones, QB, Alabama: A national champion passer falls to the six-time Super Bowl champions. Well neither is currently a fair comparison, Jones is far closer to the Tom Brady mold than the Cam Newton mold for a team in need of a long-term successor post-TB12. Pats coach Bill Belichick surely did his homework on Jones, who played for his close friend Nick Saban in Tuscaloosa. Now it will be worth monitoring how New England designs an offense that's conducive to both Jones' abilities and Newton's.
