156 Mystery Boxes Discovered to Have Suffocating Puppies and Kittens Inside Volunteers were greeted with the sight of plastic crates stacked in the back of trucks—and the sounds of cats and dogs left without food or water inside. Your browser does not support this video Images shared by Chengdu's Aizhijia Animal Hospital showed volunteers discovering some of the 156 crates, each of which was tightly wrapped in a sheet of green woven plastic and destined for a different city in China. Local media reports said buyers, following a dark marketing trend, generally purchase these types of blind boxes off e-commerce sites such as Taobao and Pinduoduo.

First up was Immanuel Quickley, being named to the All-Rookie team. Quickley proved a lot of the draft night projections wrong, asserting himself as a key member of the Knicks rotation and often finding himself in the lineup at end of games.

This rookie season should be a good launching pad for Quickley’s career as he looks to earn a more prominent role in the New York rotation.

Next up, Bam Adebayo named Second-Team All-Defense. The numbers speak for themselves. Adebayo is one of the most versatile defenders in the league, and is arguably deserving of being first-team and a contender for DPOY.

Randle is the league’s most improved player, no question. He’s the catalyst behind New York’s turnaround this season, and arguably deserves MVP votes.

Report: Theory that Clippers tanked to avoid Lakers 'totally true' .
The Clippers, who won more than 65 percent of their games, lost to Oklahoma City and Houston to end the regular season. The Thunder and Rockets had the two worst records in the Western Conference this season. So was there any coincidence? By losing, the Clippers locked themselves into the No. 4 spot in the West. That ensured they would be in a different bracket from the Lakers and only face them in the conference finals. The Clippers have denied the allegations. But they have some bigger problems anyway. They are down 2-0 to the Dallas Mavericks after losing the first two games of the series at home.
