Jim Harbaugh has a very strong opinion about ‘Ted Lasso’

Jim Harbaugh has a very strong opinion about ‘Ted Lasso’ Michigan Wolverines head coach Jim Harbaugh is certainly known for saying some outlandish and curious things, all while trying to revitalize a once-proud team despite a sizable amount of critics who don’t think he’ll ever be able to do it. If that sounds a bit like Ted Lasso, the eponymous lead character in Apple TV’s Read more The post Jim Harbaugh has a very strong opinion about ‘Ted Lasso’ appeared first on The Comeback.

There isn’t going to be some silver bullet hire for the problem. If it were that easy we’d all be getting paid millions as ADs. Eventually you either have to be fine with what Harbaugh is and resign Michigan can’t keep up or you have to move on to someone that likely has a lower floor but a higher ceiling. The same argument for keeping Harbaugh at Michigan was used by Malzahn’ s apologists at Auburn, yet it seems Auburn has a higher standard of success and was willing to part ways with an 8-year coach because the leadership felt they had seen the best of him and it was time to move on.

Jim Harbaugh was pumped up about his Michigan squad defeating Nebraska on Saturday night, but he wasn’t so excited about doing a postgame interview.

Harbaugh’s Wolverines kicked a field goal with 1:24 left to take a 32-29 lead over the Huskers. They eventually got a stop on fourth down to seal things and just ran out the clock to win the game.

Afterward, Harbaugh was fired up on the sideline and began to celebrate. Once he calmed down, he went to the middle of the field to shake hands with Nebraska head coach Scott Frost. But then Harbaugh oddly snubbed ESPN reporter Molly McGrath, who was hoping to interview him.

WATCH : Jim Harbaugh ' s postgame comments after Michigan' s loss to Ohio State. Jim Harbaugh became the first Michigan head coach to begin his tenure with an 0-4 record against Ohio State. After the 62-39 loss on Saturday, Harbaugh repeatedly took responsibility for the performance.

Take a look at Harbaugh brush aside McGrath, who tried to chase down the coach.

McGrath ended up interviewing Michigan quarterback Cade McNamara after the game instead.

Harbaugh’s reason for avoiding the interview is unclear. Maybe he will argue that he thought he was just avoiding a fan or someone else on the field and did not realize it was ESPN’s reporter trying to interview him.

That’s an unfortunate blemish for him despite his team improving to 6-0. Maybe he will end up apologizing like another famous head coach did.
