Federal prosecutors in Tennessee say eight people in the U.S. and Africa have been arrested on charges that they stole millions from people and businesses around the world though computer and wire fraud. Authorities say the group broke into servers and email systems belonging to a Memphis- based real estate company and used fake emails to commit financial fraud.The suspects also are accused of using internet scams involving romance, fraudulent checks, gold buying and credit cards to illegally ship money and goods to Ghana, Nigeria, and South Africa.Prosecutors say U.S. citizens in Indiana and Washington state were arrested.

He was ordered to pay $700 in restitution. In Utah, his probation circumstances required that he keep the court advised of his current residence and to notify the court within 48 hours if he changed addresses.

In addition to first-degree murder, Kinner is charged with eight counts of aggravated battery, punishable by up to 15 years each if convicted, and an enhancement for use of a deadly weapon in the commission of a crime.
If convicted, he faces up to life in prison or the death penalty.
He is being held without bond.
In an effort to learn more about the initial reports of the stabbing, the Idaho Statesman requested copies of the 911 recorded calls made on the night of the stabbings. Ada County denied the request Monday.
