Report: Rams, Cowboys in talks to play preseason game in Hawaii
Who wants to make a trip to Hawaii in August to watch a preseason NFL game? According to a report, the Los Angeles Rams and Dallas Cowboys are discussing the possibility of playing a preseason game in Honolulu. How fun would it be to make the trek across the Pacific Ocean and watch these two popular NFC franchises teams square off? It was reported last November that the Rams planned to play one of their 2019 preseason games in Honolulu, though at that time the opponent had not been selected.
Now that's a lot of electricity.
Aman reportedly received a monthly bill of $38 million on Monday for his 600 square foot apartment.
The man identified as Tommy Straub tweeted at Con Edison to fix his "insane" energy bill for his place in Queens.
“Hey @ConEdison: I own a 600 square foot apartment in Astoria, Qns. I do NOT own the entirety of Manhattan Island. THIS IS INSANE. FIX IT,” he tweeted on Monday, with a screenshot of the $37,974,401.35 bill.
Straub also tweeted a screenshot of the direct messages with Con Edison, saying "This is top-notch service right here."
Utah legislature passes bill legalizing sex outside of marriage
The Utah state legislature on Tuesday decriminalized fornication, making it legal to have sex outside of marriage. The Utah House passed legislation on a 41-32 vote, repealing the 1973 misdemeanor crime of fornication or sex between people who are not married, Fox 13 reported. The bill, previously passed in the state Senate, is now being sent to the desk of Gov. Gary Herbert (R) to be signed or vetoed. The Hill has reached out to Herbert's office for comment. The current law which criminalizes fornication is included in the state's criminal code chapter on offenses against the family.
“Our customer ops team is looking into it and we’ll definitely work on it and fix it,” a ConEd spokesperson, saying that it was most likely a computer error.
