Police have said that Isaiah Lewis was naked when he broke into a home and that he attacked two officers who followed him inside, who shot him after a stun gun failed to stop him.

The parents requested a meeting with Edmond police Chief J.D. Younger, Mayor Dan O'Neil and other city officials in emails sent Wednesday.

City spokesman Casey Moore says the emails were received, but that he doesn't know if the officials will meet with the family.

"At first I thought maybe he shot somebody," one responding officer said. "He did," another officer replied. "Oh, he did?" Lewis said. "So he hit the person?" Lewis said. When he's informed the person was shot in the stomach, Lewis replied: "Shut up." When Officer Jesse Lopez encountered Noor at the scene, he was less confused. "You all right, kiddo?" Lopez asked. "Keep to yourself. Keep your mouth shut," he instructed Noor before telling him to turn off the camera in his car. Officers also turned their body cameras on and off while they were at the scene.
