The CNN Underscored October 2021 Favorites Sweepstakes ("Promotion") is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, age 18 years or older. Employees of Cable News Network, Inc. HOW TO ENTER: From 12:00p.m. ET on October 25, 2021 to 11:59p.m. ET on October 29, 2021 ("Promotion Period"), Sponsor will be conducting a national Promotion encouraging eligible participants to enter for a chance to win a prize. Sponsor will post a message on October 25, 2021 on its Instagram page from @CNNUnderscored ("Sponsor's Post") in substantially the form as follows: "CNN UNDERSCORED -- OCTOBER FAVES SWEEPSTAKES". Entries received must be posted no later than 11:59p.m. ET on October 29, 2021 to be eligible for the prize drawing.

HOW TO WIN: Two (2) winners ("Winner") will be randomly selected by Sponsor on or around November 1, 2021 from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
