5:15 p.m.- According to a "Spiegel" report, the EU member states have agreed to train up to 15,000 Ukrainian soldiers outside the country as quickly as possible. 3000 of the soldiers should receive special training, such as tactical combat training, the magazine writes, citing diplomats. Last details should be negotiated in Brussels next week, the project should be decided at the next Formal EU outdoor council on October 17th.

4:40 p.m. - According to the International Atomic Energy Authority IAEA, the head of the Ukrainian nuclear power plant in Saporischschja, arrested by Russia. He greeted the release of Ihor Muraschow, explained IAEA boss Rafael Grossi on Twitter. Muraschow had certainly returned to his family.

07.30 a.m. - According to the governor, about half of thousands of men who were convened in the course of Russian mobilization have been sent home in the Ostrutian region of Chabarovsk. As a reason, Michail Degtjarew explains that those affected did not meet the selection criteria for admission to military service. The region's military commissioner was released.
